It drives me crazy when people that put the “body” of an email in the Subject line.  For Example:

To:  Buzz
From: Debbie Ditzy
Subject: When you get a minute, could you come to my desk and help me out with a problem that I’m having with my PC?  It was working fine this morning but now?  Not so much.
