Now, I’ve never claimed to be a Greco-Roman Wrestling aficionado, but I’m pretty sure that this is a move that ought not to be attempted by an amateur.  I think it’s called The Sphincto-Face-Plant Maneuver and can be very dangerous.  Do not try this at home!  Well, not without a few drinks first anyway.
