It absolutely slays me when I am reading a forum or blackboard or whatever and someone sarcastically uses the word genius to describe someone else and they misspell the word genius. It usually goes something like this:
“Oh right, genious! Gawd, your such a looser!”
or
“Well, if u r such a genuis then y r u so stupid. Stupid u r! Hahha!”
Yeah, that pretty much slays me.
You gotta try the hummus sandwich. No,really! Someone else suggested hummus and sprouts… [Buzz it]

Kinda reminds me of a certain Philly radio show host who seems to have a liking for that word, as well as ones like “nitwit” and “dope”. Like Bugs said, “Whata maroon.”
Clearly a sign that we rely a lot more on spell checker than we should?
Although things like that drive me up the wall.
