it's the last two weeks before the end of all time...ok maybe just the semester
but it sure as hell feels like the end of all time.

What you need is a good cup of coffee. My week was ok..starting a bathroom redo and getting ready to go on a trip to San Antonio..me thinks it will be warmer there than in VT.

Blah... It's the never ending week. No weekend either, with Hubs going out of town.

Nearly a week ago (so still within your week time frame) I was being a good wife and installing the new Norton's antivirus on my hubby's computer. A window said I must first uninstall previous AV program, which I did. Another window asked if I wanted to delete the quarantined files....of course I did! Click, click, and then nothing. I could not install new program. I could not start ANY program and my icons had a very funny look about them. I just knew in my gut....I killed the computer!

To make things even worse--at least for myself-- was the fact that I recently changed the password to my yahoo email...and forgot to write it down. Sure, there is that handy "help" button, so I clicked. All they need is basic information, like my birthdate. Weeeeelll, I do recall thinking of my quirky friend (who never tells anyone how old she is, even me!) when I set up my account, and I impulsively typed in a bogus birthday! Now, you friendly souls do not need to tell me just how MAJORLY DUMB that was! So, you guessed it....I am shut out of my yahoo email, which naturally has all of my IMPORTANT STUFF hiding in there! I am hanging in here...but I know that I pretty much scr**ed myself. Please send condolences to my OTHER email address.
