I've heard about hitting the nail on the head but this is ridiculous!

You guys are totally cracking me up. I've had several people say something to me about the dude who had six nails shot into his head. It's like you are all beginning to anticipate my posts. I'm getting too damn predictable.

But since I cannot let a story like this go by, I will show the before (or is it the during) and the after pictures of this poor guy. This had to have hurt like a sumbitch! I mean, you should see me whimper over a paper cut!

Those pictures are gut-wrenching. If somebody tried to put nails in my head, I'd tell him "Screw you, you wingnut". Then I'd drill him right in the face, kick him in the nuts, rake him over the coals, and then level him. I'd call his momma a hoe, and a spade a spade, and then I'd bolt. This guy's so-called buddy is such a tool !

I know this is the psych major and therapist in me going, I wonder what kind of brain trauma this man survived and I wonder what types of brain injuries he's going through. I know...I'm a huge geek.

That hadda hurt! On the upside, once you've had nails in your head, pretty much anything that happens to you the rest of the week is a step up.

That X-ray totally creeps me out. Ugh.

I had wondered for a whole day how one manages to shoot oneself in the back of the head with a nail gun. I finally read yesterday that the dude fell off the roof of a house he was working on and dragged his nailgun-using buddy off with him.

Falling and nails to the skull and spine too. Now, THAT is a sucky day. Ouch.

The funny thing is the look of bewilderment on the guy's face. I kind of got the impression that you could have gone with a couple more nails and not hit the part of his brain he is using.
