By the way, Happy Earth Day, folks. Take a moment or two to look around and appreciate this rock we live on. And then get out there and plant a bush or hug a tree or kiss a rock, will ya?
Ok, maybe kissing a rock is taking things a little too far. Scratch that one.
How about stoning a Bush?
Posted by: no name yet at April 22, 2004 08:22 AMOh, I'll kiss The Rock.
What? He said a rock not The Rock? Ohhh! My bad. Nevermind.
*I'll just hug a tree, thankyouverymuch.
Posted by: Jenn at April 22, 2004 08:22 AMKissing a rock is just fine; it's humping a badger that's probably a tad overboard.
On the bright side, Kissing Rock, Humping Badger was just an awesome movie. Ang Lee rules!

Posted by: etherian at April 22, 2004 04:10 PMI drove my 5 year old son, two little friends and my 2 year old to his preschool's field trip...a terrific hike in the park followed by a small animal lecture by the park rangers. We then walked to school and picked up my two oldest and I promptly got home in time to trim the trees in the backyard before the storms come. So...I did my earthly duty. I walked my ass off - and this time, I'll keep it off :o)
