Ok, my wife just noticed that everything she is wearing today is black. I did a quick check and with the exception of my way-cool sneaks, everything I'm wearing is blue. Weird.
So at the risk of sounding like a dirty old man (which I SO am!), what are you wearing today?
Posted by Buzz at April 5, 2004 05:09 PMSneaks? Are you my daddy?
Sweats and a Thermal. I'm a bum. :(
Posted by: Angry Pete at April 5, 2004 05:11 PMall grey.
Posted by: Chelle at April 5, 2004 05:11 PMWhite sweater, beige slacks, brown penny-loafers (sorry nothing for that dirty old man mind to go nuts over)
Posted by: K at April 5, 2004 05:13 PMBlack shoes/socks/pants and a striped, spring colored shirt. Sexxxaaayyyy! Not monochromatic, I can tell you that much.
Posted by: ironic1 at April 5, 2004 05:39 PMTan top, tan pants, brown shoes. That sounds so blah, doesn't it?
Posted by: GC at April 5, 2004 05:43 PMWhat time does your wife take off for The Cure concert?
Dressed in black here as usual.
Posted by: Curator at April 5, 2004 05:43 PMblack. always black. Nothing but black. forever black. Just call me susan. susan black. :D
Posted by: Susan at April 5, 2004 05:49 PMRumor has it that when you were a teenager, some people referred to you as "the blue knight", 'cause you always wore blue.
Posted by: cassie-b at April 5, 2004 05:50 PMI think Buddha would call you guys a bruise!
Posted by: Genuine at April 5, 2004 05:55 PMstill in my sweats from yesterday lol... and very bad fashion sense.. I am in black and blue... hmmmm
Posted by: Wyllow at April 5, 2004 06:01 PMBlack 'n orange!
I know.
I'm a dweeb - It's too early for Halloween wear ;)
Posted by: kernyen at April 5, 2004 06:11 PMAny reason you're asking that directly after the vodka post? Hmmmmm?
*wags eyebrows*
*brightens up*
Well, since you asked: white cotton long-sleeved stretchy t-shirt, pale blue above-the-knee cotton skirt with frayed silk ribbons sewn on the diagonal (very funky), mandarin-collared stretchy blue denim jacket with copper buttons, bare legs, and leather wedgie mules (don't even go there, Gen).
And a big smile.
Posted by: Mindy at April 5, 2004 06:18 PMAnd may I add that I sound so excited about that because I spent the ENTIRE weekend in scrubby jammies, too sick to get dressed or even stick my head out the door? Well, I guess I just did!
Posted by: Mindy at April 5, 2004 06:20 PMBeige sweater and black pants. Beige, black and denim are wardrobe staples for KathyHowe.
Posted by: Kathy Howe at April 5, 2004 06:33 PMnothing but the aroma of Old Spice and cheap scotch...
Posted by: P at April 5, 2004 06:43 PMBlack shirt and blue jeans ... it is great to have a casual dress job...
Posted by: Lisa at April 5, 2004 06:49 PMhmmmm....i just realized i'm in all black today as well.
i think i was mourning the fact that it was monday.

Posted by: jen at April 5, 2004 07:14 PMFaded Gap jeans, long-sleeved khaki green t-shirt,
fluffy purple sheepskins slippers and stripey pink and purple socks.
Com-Fi!
Posted by: Fi at April 5, 2004 09:24 PMBright red yoga pants and a long sleeved Michigan Hockey T-shirt...oh and my silver anklets (aka payals). I've been home sick, I can dress how I like!
Posted by: Meeta at April 5, 2004 10:33 PMA western-ish shirt from the buckle, maroon undershirt to match, jeans, cowboy boots. I desperately wanted to wear my cowboy boots today, so needed a shirt to justify it, so I found one in my closet ;) Because wearing cowboy boots in college does not seem to be the "in thing" around here, so I can only do that once in a while *cough*
Posted by: Liv at April 5, 2004 11:32 PMSeeing that I just got out of bed, a robe. A black robe to be exact :)
Posted by: Sinta at April 6, 2004 02:42 AMBlue jeans and a pale blue fluffy jacket, white socks
Posted by: Anji at April 6, 2004 02:59 AM... nothing but a thin smearing of vegetable oil.
Posted by: zeno at April 6, 2004 05:48 AMWell myy timing here is rotten. I've got on navy sweatpants and a green/camo t-shirt.
Posted by: Erica at April 6, 2004 08:40 AMThank goodness Irk posted today. I thought I was the only one a day late. (Of course, she works second shift, so she's not technically late. Damn.)
Monday was tan khakis and a long-sleeve white polo shirt. Tuesday is tan khakies and a long-sleeve blue polo shirt. Tan socks and brown Docksiders both days. Thrilling, huh?
So you guys were Black and Blue?
Posted by: Tom at April 6, 2004 11:20 AMOne of the first times my husband noticed me in the work place is the day I wore all black. For the entire day he called me ninja tech. Six years later he still teases me about that day. Yesterday as a matter of fact, he asked me in joking to dress as ninja tech-as I sat on the sofa after dinner I replied Yeah I will get right on that.
Posted by: shelli at April 6, 2004 11:54 AMLong purple T-shirt and blue flowered undies.. I don't match but I'm damn comfy. ahhh the pleasures of working at home. : O)
