Work talk

JJJJB and I just finished a fairly in-depth conversation about what a war between clowns and mimes would be like.

We may have just hit a new low.

Can we supply both side with WMDs?!

Mimes would be covered with glitter and the Clowns would be screaming "WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?"

one side would be throwing cream pies and the other side would be pretending to throw them back...

*shudder* clowns and mimes?

Posted by: amber at February 24, 2004 03:32 PM

Tiny cars and imaginary boxes abound.

Dude. How much coffee have you had?

"We may have just hit a new low."

You think? :)

Buzz, they made a movie about that. It won the 1930 Best Picture Oscar. An online review says "This Oscar-winning film by Milestone has lost very little of its power - one of the most effective anti-war films ever made." It was called "All Quiet on the Western Front"

those clowns are the wiley ones ... my money's on them.

Posted by: tj at February 24, 2004 04:24 PM

The Mimes would put themselves into a box and the clowns would never be able to hit them.

Posted by: Tom at February 24, 2004 04:45 PM

Yes, but the clowns have that stealth "clown car" tactic--you can never estimate the number of troops coming at you in that tiny little VW...

Have you seen Killer Klowns from Outer Space? Those guys are really bad asses!

Posted by: Genuine at February 24, 2004 05:56 PM

man...I think I would run screaming from that scene. You already know how much mimes give me the creeps. Mimes and clowns together is just too much for me. :)

I once had a two hour game online with a friend who was also at work, where we played religious poker.

"I'll bet two baptists and one mormon"

"I'll see your baptists and mormon and raise you two catholic priests and a Jewish Rabbi"

"No way you're bluffing!"

it went down hill from there....so I sympathize.
