BuzzFlex!

As you may or may not know, we got a BowFlex about two weeks ago (no, not one of the recalled ones). So far, I love it! It's a sweet machine. Easy to use and it seems like it will work. I figure in four more weeks, I will be ultra-buff! Ok, maybe not ultra, maybe just semi. Ok, maybe not semi either, maybe just semi-semi. Apparently, I will look like one of these people. At least, that's what I'm gathering from the commercial. I sure hope I turn out like the man!

Anyway, today I upped the weight (considerably), upped the sets (from one to two - wow) and lowered the reps (from 12 to 10). Man! I feel great! My heart was pumpin'. I was getting all sweaty and stinky. You know all that happy jazz.

Now all I need is someone to come help me move my mouse around.

Before I busted by knee, tore my ACL and had my knee cap replaced, I was ultra-buff. I had been doing Martial arts for about a decade....

And chicks would be like...

Can't wait to see the pictures of the new buff buzz.

I love sweating. Even more so when it's done doing something I enjoy. :P

Oh and nick, you're paying to much doll. You can get good phone sex for around 1.25 a min... :)

I owe the figure I have today to my Soloflex machine. No, that is not a ringing endorsement. It was a great machine when I used it, but it was too damned big and heavy to move to college way back when... and then my old man stole it from me. It sucks to have a 77-year-old father that is ripped. The only six-pack I'm going to have any time soon comes with it's own plastic seagull killer.
