...and money grows on trees

You know those "No Money Down!!!" infomercials? The ones where you can buy several houses even if you don't have any money and then turn around and sell them for a profit?

Or how about any of those other "get rich quick" schemes that are on late night TV every night?

Have any of you done this? Do you know anyone that has? I mean, these commercials have been on TV forever and I always assumed that they were just so much BS. But maybe I'm wrong. Have you ever heard of anyone doing any of those "Be Rich Like Me" schemes?

Has it ever worked for ANYONE? I would sincerely doubt it.

Hey, I forgot to tell you that I'm working on that sponsership coat. I found the cutest black leather one... so let me know when those dollars start coming in for us!

I've looked into it actually, and I can't tell ya how it's done here cuz its all long explanations, and whatnot, that I don't really remember most of the specifics on, but there are actually people who are doing these deals and actually making money. Some of it is done through various creative financing deals, that I don't know the details of since I didn't buy the course and actually research it in depth, but I've been thinking of trying it out. Which is why I looked into it. Look into the details of tax lien and tax certificate sales too. : O)

Funny you should mention this. I ran across four or five signs in my neck of the woods recently. They read "Zero Down. Nice house. Call this number for a free recorded message." What made this seem even more odd was that they were all handwritten signs on big pieces of yellow cardboard. Very strange. But hey, at least that recorded message was free.
